A iniciativa TERRA AMADA não é um campo de férias, mas uma ação de voluntariado num estaleiro-escola, de cuja mão-de-obra dos voluntários depende a realização das obras e a melhoria das condições de vida da população local. Estes irão aprender, habitar e trabalhar com a população local, mas irão também ser responsáveis pela viabilização dos trabalhos​

Espera-se dos voluntários que tenham esta ideia em mente quando decidirem inscrever-se e que percebam que com a sua participação irão dar um contributo e fazer a diferença na vida de pessoas reais, e que o seu empenho é essencial para a concretização das obras. Participar é também assumir essa responsabilidade.





TERRA AMADA is not a holiday camp, but a voluntary action on a work site-school, from which volunteer workforce depends the execution of the projects and the improvement of the living conditions of the local population. The participants will learn, live and work with local populations, but will also be responsible for the execution and completion of the interventions.



It is expected that the volunteers have this idea in mind when deciding to participate. They should realize that with their effort, they will contribute and make the difference in the lives of real people, and that their commitment is essential to the success of the initiative. Participating is also assuming this responsibility.
